Returns
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at letsparty@sugarpop.in.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We have a 10 day FULL refund policy (NON SALE ITEMS ONLY).
- Items returned must be unused and in its original packaging. We have the right to refuse refund to items that have been tampered with or have been opened.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to appear on your account once the refund has been approved.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
- We do not offer exchanges
